Ingredients: Ingredients:5 pcs. buko 5 cups buko juice 5 packs alsa flan or gulaman, green colored
1 small can of condensed milk 1 small can of all purpose cream pandan leaves
Directions: Cut the buko meat into squares, refrigerate
To cook the alsa flan, boil one (1) cup buko juice over medium heat together with the pandan leaves for about 2-3 minutes. Remove the pandan leaves then pour in the alsa gulaman powder. Stir util the powder has completely dissolved. Pour the gulaman mixture onto a wide, rectangular pan or plastic ware. Let it stand until it molds. Slice the gulaman mold into squares. Repeat steps 2 - 5 for the remaining alsa flan gulaman packs. Mix the buko and sliced gulaman. Pour in the all purpose cream and condensed milk.
